When you enquire about a property, send a message, submit a form or check in at an open home on agentsmith, we store the details you provide — your name, email, phone number and message — so the agent can respond and follow up. We also record basic technical data (IP address and browser) to prevent spam and abuse.

This information is kept in agentsmith's customer records for as long as it's needed to assist you, and is not sold. You can ask us to permanently delete everything we hold about you at any time, using the form below.
